Job Description
We are a well-established motor manufacturing and product assembly group headquartered in Hong Kong, with production plants in Southern China and Mexico, and offices in the United States and Korea. Oversee in-process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.~ Lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.~ Direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.~ Lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including CP, FIS, and WI.~ Organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.~ Direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.~ Monitor and address issues related to homemade components, ensuring quality compliance.~ Coordinate and collaborate with the AMSSJ team for support on quality-related queries.~ Bachelor’s degre...
