Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a QA team of 5 engineers; own delivery quality end-to-end.
- Define test strategy, quality gates, and metrics/reporting cadence.
- Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright; enforce standards and CI/CD integration.
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for client stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and release readiness clearly.
- Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliance‑sensitive test scenarios.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years in QE/Testing, with 3+ years in a lead role.
- Team Leadership: Proven track record leading teams of 5 or more.
- Robot Framework: Keyword/data‑driven design, custom keyword libraries.
- Playwright: UI automation in TypeScript or Python, CI integration.
