As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations and overall administration of QNU's diverse property portfolio. You will leverage your five years of experience in commercial property management to ensure effective property maintenance and tenant satisfaction. Your role includes problem-solving, financial oversight, and collaborating with stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational integrity and property maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections and tenant meetings
• Direct onsite maintenance and support teams
• Approve financial documents and reports
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant property management experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
