As a full-time Applications Engineering and Quality Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with applications engineering to ensure customer quality requirements are seamlessly integrated into proposals. Your role involves developing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and cycle time specifications to minimize risks while participating in RFQ reviews. You will also lead change management initiatives and utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency across all operations.
