Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global HR Technology in Globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Lead QAT Strategy, Governance & Risk Management: Define and execute end-to-end QAT strategies aligned with business requirements and system architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, UAT methodologies, and the Bank’s risk appetite. Provide formal sign-off, identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory expectations.
