Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned QA Specialist to join our team and to manage and drive quality assurance activities for a large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep understanding of AEM, and hands-on experience in building and executing automated test strategies across complex digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Lead QA strategy and planning for the AEM redesign project.
· Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and UX teams to ensure quality is baked into every stage of the SDLC.
· Define and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks for web and API layers.
· Build and maintain test suites (functional, regression, integration, performance).
· Manage defect tracking, triage processes, and drive issue resolution.
· Ensure testing covers AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with backend systems and 3rd party services.
