The ideal candidate should have experience in the Paints or Construction Chemicals industry and possess strong expertise in quality control, raw material testing, color matching, and BIS documentation. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures. Perform color matching and maintain product consistency as per customer specifications. Conduct quality testing and inspection of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor batch manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality parameters.
