Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively develop methods to ensure quality of garment. Problem solve to ensure quality of garment. Ensure leaders, supervisors and staff are properly trained in the quality process of garments. Review processes to achieve a quality garment while maintaining reasonable cost parameters. Liaise with Production Manager regarding new initiatives, methods, and improvements. Ensure that proper processes are followed in the construction of the garment. Manage special customer needs to ensure that the garment matches all parameters within scope of the customer’s orders while conforming to factory processes.
