Job Description
Position Summary The Quality Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives across the production environment, with a strong focus on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis. This role ensures that internal processes meet or exceed both customer and regulatory requirements, and supports the organization’s commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence in the automotive glass sector.
Key Responsibilities
SPC Program Management:
Plan, implement, and oversee all aspects of the Statistical Process Control program. Conduct audits and upgrade existing systems while developing new SPC initiatives to eliminate waste, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.
Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving:
Champion the use of structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) and coordinate SPC verification to support both internal and external quality requirements.<...
