Job Description
We are looking for aQuality Engineer to achieve internal and customer quality objectives by implementing and maintaining quality systems and monitoring their effectiveness. This role will lead problem-solving initiatives and propose strategies to meet quality targets while supporting manufacturing operations.
Our Team
You’ll join Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with quality technicians, process engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and continuous improvement of quality systems.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate activities of quality technicians and auditors.
- Validate and define special characteristics with SQA and process engineers to meet product and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement QMS procedures according to Molex policies.
