Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all quality assurance and compliance activities within the assigned area of responsibility
- Manage and facilitate Material Review Boards (MRBs)
- Ensure the timely and effective management of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Establish, monitor, and maintain relevant quality performance metrics
- Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure quality‑related activities are clearly understood and integrated into project plans
- Provide assurance that all projects comply with applicable Quality Management Systems and standards
- Deliver quality awareness and training to internal teams as required
- Identify, escalate, and communicate concerns related to supplier and manufactured product conformance
