Quality Head / Quality Leader - Manufacturing (Advanced English) We are looking for a Quality Leader! We are looking for a results-driven Quality Head to oversee our quality management system and ensure the highest standards in our metal stamping production processes. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement annual quality targets and work plans. Manage customer complaints, driving root-cause analysis to ensure zero recurrence. Lead 2nd and 3rd-party audits (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001) and ensure timely closure of findings. Drive internal defect reduction and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team’s technical competencies.
