Reporting to the Director of Quality Programs, Compliance, and Excellence, this role leads the North America Quality Region with accountability for driving compliance across multiple certification programs at our manufacturing and warehouse locations. The position partners closely with commercial teams to ensure adherence to certification standards and supports the organization’s commitment to sustainability through the Rainforest Alliance compliance program.

- Certification Compliance and Program Maintenance: Lead Organic Trader Renewal and Annual Inspections for Mondelez Global LLC, Mondelez International Holdings LLC, Mondelez global Direct, Mondelez Canada.
