Job Description
We are looking for our next Quality Manager – Capsules within our QBR Plant Quality Team . The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing the site’s quality strategy, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all functions. This role plays a critical part in strengthening quality culture, supporting plant performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position is located in Anapolis , Brazil .
What Y ou’ll D o:
Lead and implement the plant’s quality strategy in alignment with global quality standards
Ensure full compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements (Brazil, US, EU, pharmacopoeia standards)
Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, CAPA, deviations, and documentation
