We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee audits, customer complaints, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality documentation to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, and company standards.
