Quality Process Engineer- VRT Lead - Body

Responsibilities

• Understand daily warranty claim reports by participating in binning meetings and lead to resolution working with a cross functional team and support and maintain warranty analytics system.
• Understand Daily End of Line (EOL) & Customer Acceptance Line (CAL) and First Time Through (FTT) inhibitors related to subsystem and drive containment and corrective action.
• Ensure quality control management updates for subsystem are maintained and adjusted as a result of External / Internal Indicator. Manage Heat maps for the subsystem to ensure all critical Workstations are identified for improvement opportunities.
• Conduct Control plan audits to ensure frequency, sampling to achieve Process capability on Key Critical Characteristics related to subsystem.
• Own the Quality and the capability of the manufacturing processes within the Assembly department.
