Quality System Engineer (ISO Management Representative)
Site Based role at our CKD site based in Manaus
The role:
The Quality System Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) for the motorcycle manufacturing plant. This role will lead ISO certification activities, coordinate internal and external audits, and act as the official Management Representative (MR) for ISO certification and compliance. Additionally, the position tracks and resolves manufacturing non-conformances by leading failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across assembly lines to prevent defect recurrence. Finally, the incumbent establishes plant-wide quality training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure engineering teams maintain rigorous process standardization.
