Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports all Quality personnel and all intra-plant departments in planning, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System throughout the plant.Uses engineering drawings, standards, TCF documentation and associated customer-provided information to perform precision and imprecision measurements on fabricated and machined products. Uses precision measuring test equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. May also use dye penetrants and dry film thickness testers.Analyzes results of vibration requirements to ensure tolerances and customer expectations are met.Routinely inspects measurement devices for calibration control and ensures production personnel are not using measurement devices that are out of calibration.
