Job Description
Summary The Quality Technician verifies processes and manufacturing instructions to produce a quality product that meets customers’ requirements. Executes established procedures in verifying and assuring quality processes and manufacturing standards. Performs data collection, analysis, and data verification and charts and graph preparation. Responsibilities Completes the Quality section of the Manufacturing Readiness Review. Implements Quality Management Plans. Monitors process control limits. Assists product engineers in the maintenance of inspection procedures, audits and stock/floor purges. Assists with operations on process improvements and process optimization. Assists Engineering in the generation of weekly and monthly inspection and test reports for Business Units. Reviews inspection and test reports for areas of process improvement.
