We are working with a very long-established regional contractor who carry out varied work and are well known for their historical restoration work.
Their growth over the years is based upon sticking to their values and developing great reciprocal relationships with their clients. They have won many accolades for the work they do and are well known for how well they treat their staff.
The Role:
They now want to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to expand their team in line with current and future workload.
Typical projects involve restoring Listed buildings to their former glory and are valued between £2million-£10million.
The role is mainly office based, they also offer home working (up to 2 days a week) and flexible working (start early leave early/late and leave late to work around you).
Generally, you would be looking after 1-2 jobs at a time depending on their size and complexity; duties would include;
