Responsibilities
- Review and understand project contract documentation.
- Prepare and analyse supplier and sub‑contractor enquiries.
- Prepare and issue contract documents to the supply chain.
- Monitor changes in scope and pricing of variations.
- Prepare and agree monthly progress applications.
- Control financial and contractual aspects of sub‑contractor accounts.
- Issue contractual notices and evaluate loss/acceleration claims.
- Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.
- Prepare monthly commercial project reports.
- Provide data and analysis of issues & risks as required by management.
- Manage and forecast project cash flows.
- Liaise with client, main contractor and other departments.
- All other duties associated with this role.
