Job Description
On behalf of our client—a global leader in integrated building materials and solutions—we are seeking a Quarry Supervisor to join their aggregate mining operations near Hinton, Alberta. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for executing daily quarry and infrastructure plans, coordinating production and maintenance activities, and managing logistics between the quarry and the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and lead a team of 12+ multi-skilled workers and contractors. Coordinate and track production activities including drilling, blasting, crushing, hauling, and train loadout. Promote and enforce safety standards in compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies. Oversee maintenance of stationary and mobile heavy equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
