Job Description
Ramp Service Agent Supervisors are responsible for the overall performance and management oversight of designated Ramp Service Agents. RSA Supervisors also ensure Company policies, processes, safety standards and training are met and adhered to. Other duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversees marshalling of aircraft on the ramp (includes directing, assisting and parking all arriving, departing and towed aircraft).
+ Supervises servicing of aircraft as needed including:
+ lavatory service.
+ water service.
+ cabin cleaning.
+ other services as needed.
+ Provides overall direction of aircraft de-icing / anti-icing.
+ Monitors crew shuttle.
+ Manages safety during boarding and deplaning and assist crews in a friendly and courteous manner.
+ Directs loading and unloading of aircraft baggage and cargo.
+ Provides safe and efficient operations of all ground service equipment.
