A Snapshot of Your Day: The R&D Academy is a core enterprise capability that upskills over 5,000 global R&D employees, underpinning strategic performance in project execution, decision quality, and customer-focused innovation. To ensure the continued impact of this strategic initiative, this role focuses on three core areas: end-to-end management of the R&D Academy's learning programs, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement to foster a global R&D community, and data-driven enhancement of planning processes and analytics. Given the focus on global program delivery and strategic alignment, the ideal candidate will have significant project management experience in an R&D or strategy context, proven expertise in designing corporate capability-building programs, and excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
