About Us
e're a Dallas–Fort Worth & South Florida value-add residential rental fund. We buy, rehab, rent, and refinance (BRRRR) residential properties to build a cash-flowing portfolio. We move fast on good deals — and we need someone who can tell us, quickly and accurately, which deals are good.
About the Role We're looking for a Real Estate Analyst to underwrite our acquisition pipeline. You'll be the numbers brain behind every deal: estimating after-repair value, sizing rehab budgets, projecting rents and cash flow, and modeling the refinance to know exactly how much capital we pull back out. If you love digging into comps and can smell a bad deal from the listing photos, this is for you.
