Job Description
Our client, a boutique real estate development and asset management firm requires an Analyst to join their team. The Analyst will be an integral part of a growing real estate team and will play an important role in assisting with all aspects of the real estate investment and management process for new and existing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders from various disciplines (Planning, Sales and Marketing, Construction, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Property Management) to understand and integrate expected revenue and development costs assumptions within financial models
- Assist with creating detailed cash flow projections, as well as scenario and sensitivity analysis for newly acquired projects.
