• Manage the CRE oversight and compliance program
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk documentation
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and Operations Risk
• Ensure implementation of robust control monitoring procedures
• Conduct training on risk management policies
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in audit or risk management
• Excellent communication and change facilitation skills
