Overview We are an established law firm specializing in mortgage enforcement and debt recovery. We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a strong background in mortgage enforcement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing both residential mortgage enforcement matters and commercial financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities Conduct and manage Power of Sale proceedings, including preparing Notices of Sale, overseeing mortgaged properties, and coordinating property sales. Provide strategic legal advice to financial institution clients on real estate and secured lending matters. Maintain a high standard of client service while managing files efficiently and proactively. Handle commercial mortgage transactions.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of post-call experience practicing in our areas of real estate law. Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.
