Job Description
Location: Remote, with occasional on‑site meetings in Ottawa
Duration: 24 months + (2) possible 12‑month extension
Security Clearance: Secret
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide consultative project management expertise to support the design, implementation, and optimization of a shared, flexible workspace model aligned with hybrid work and modernization initiatives.
- Assess current workspace usage, capacity, and utilization through review of space data, floor plans and occupancy metrics.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve space efficiency, collaboration and employee experience.
- Develop and recommend frameworks to support an unassigned desk model, including desk‑to‑employee ratios and functional zoning.
