Role
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Receiving and Shipping Clerk ensures the efficient and rigorous management of receiving, shipping, and inventory activities. The incumbent ensures the accuracy of parts, documents, and computer entries to support production and delivery operations.
Main Responsibilities
Receiving and Shipping
- Scan the serial numbers of received and shipped parts
- Verify the conformity of parts against delivery slips
- Inspect received merchandise (quantity, condition) and report any discrepancies or damage
- Ship items via carrier or courier service
- Complete and prepare the required customs documents
