Job Description
**Reception Team Coordinator**
**Location: Vancouver, BC**
**Compensation: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience**
The role of Reception Team Coordinator will support, lead and direct members of their team in a professional and kind manner while recognizing the responsibilities involved in responding to client and co-worker questions. The CSR Team Coordinator will also work closely with the hospital’s Leadership team to promote a positive hospital image and continuously work towards betterment of the whole hospital.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Direct involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new CSRs/Liaisons. Provides clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.
+ Assistance with organization, leadership and roll-out of hospital-wide initiatives
+ Participates in the development of VAERC Standards of Care/SOPs
+ Participates in the development of VAERC Technical Training Manual
