An opportunity is available for a Receptionist / Administrator to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The role includes handling calls and visitors, maintaining office supplies, processing invoices on Sage, assisting with stock control, coordinating couriers and staff administration, and supporting the finance team with creditors administration.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous reception and administrative experience
- Experience with Sage advantageous
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
