The Receptionist & Administration Assistant is responsible for providing professional front-office support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling incoming calls and correspondence, controlling visitor access and gate security, processing customer invoices, supporting the finance and operations teams, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
