Position summary
We are searching for a professional and driven individual to represent OutPLEX as our Receptionist. This person will work directly with the management team and will be the first point of contact for all visiting clients and potential employees. This person must always present a positive and enthusiastic image of OutPLEX. This individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the company. They will also be the individual working with potential new hires and new clients and other support personnel.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls taking and relaying messages as needed
- Greet persons entering organization and direct them to the correct destination
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
