Role Overview
You will work closely with the Pride Bodies Controller within the Wayside Group at Wabtec. This role may span multiple career levels and involves supporting the finance team by processing vendor invoices and issuing payments, managing daily banking and credit card payments, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining general office duties.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Match, code, and obtain proper authorization for payment of invoices.
- Process weekly cheque runs.
