Position Partner – Notary & Corporate Law Job objective As Senior Notary, you lead and execute complex notarial mandates for a distinguished domestic and international clientele. Your dual qualification as a licensed Swiss notary and a qualified corporate lawyer enables you to advise seamlessly on transactions that require both notarial form and substantive legal structuring. You work closely with our M&A, corporate finance, and tax practice groups, ensuring the full legal integrity of high‑value transactions, corporate acts, and private arrangements.
