Job Title: SME RTR (Record to Report) Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SME RTR (Record to Report) professional to join our finance operations team in Pune. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in end-to-end Record to Report processes, General Accounting, and Intercompany reconciliation, with proven leadership experience in managing teams within a BPO or MNC environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving process efficiency, supporting period-end closing activities, and ensuring data integrity across financial reports.
