Job Description
Recovery & Tribunal Affairs Administrator is responsible for managing resident accounts, collections, and tenancy-related matters, including representation before the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL). This role requires a strong working knowledge of Quebec tenancy legislation, including the Civil Code of Quebec, and a minimum of two years of hands‑on experience navigating TAL processes. The position supports legal proceedings, resolves complex account issues, and partners with site teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely resolution of tenancy matters.

- Investigate, understand, analyze, and adjust current and historical resident accounts, ledgers, utility charges, legal fees, and collection-related documentation.
