Become an integral part of George Derby Centre as an Activity Worker II in Burnaby, BC. This position focuses on executing resident-centric programs that enhance physical and emotional well-being.
In collaboration with the Recreation Manager, you will lead various recreational activities aimed at improving social interaction and cognitive function in residents. With your support, residents will participate in arts, cooking, exercise, and community outings. This role also involves preparing equipment and teaching various recreational techniques while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
