Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Aquatic Center, Ramstein AB, Germany. This position serves as the primary point of contact for Aquatic Center patrons, processes sales transactions, prepares Snack Bar items, and ensures a safe and welcoming Aquatic Center experience. This position does not offer logistical support. Responsibilities Provide customer service to patrons by answering questions and providing information on fees, programs and operating hours; Enforce Aquatic Center rules, regulations, and policies. Sell and process passes, activities, lane reservations, swim accessories, and snack bar items using the RecTrac Point of Sales System; Safeguard fees collected from customers. Prepare food that is sold from the Snack Bar and report spoilage.
