Primary Functions
- Own the full hiring lifecycle - source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
- Run multiple searches in parallel - maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.
- Evaluate technical aptitude - conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.
- Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to track activity and preserve data accuracy.
- Recommend process enhancements that shorten time-to-hire and improve talent quality.
Core Requirements
- 2‑3 years full-cycle recruiting, including high‑volume workloads at a large staffing firm.
