In this position, you will be expected to contribute recruiting our After School Program Educators across the US.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for high-volume, US-based roles, including managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer generation.
- Proactively source and maintain a dedicated talent pipeline for Educator positions, ensuring a pool of qualified candidates is available to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Conduct and coordinate initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with company culture, and adherence to safety/quality compliance standards.
