Parexel FSP is recruiting for a Recruitment Data Analyst to support our FSP talent acquisition function. This is a remote role, we are open to candidates based anywhere in Argentina.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our recruitment processes, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing valuable insights to improve our hiring strategies. Should be solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Must have a strong analytical mentality, and strong collaborative skills to help design solutions with recruitment team leaders.
