Job Description
This is a highly communication-focused role that combines sales, recruiting, relationship-building, and advisor engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, conducting consultations, building trust, answering questions, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and helping prospective advisors determine whether the program is a good fit for their goals. The primary responsibility of this position is advisor recruitment and enrollment. However, the successful candidate will also assist with advisor support, onboarding activities, advisor engagement initiatives, webinars, and ongoing efforts to improve the overall advisor experience.
