Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator assists in the coordination and implementation of the university’s national high school and college visitation program and other recruitment events, including relevant online recruitment events. The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the training of recruitment representatives (recruitment staff, student ambassadors and other stakeholders as necessary), participating in on‑campus and off‑campus recruitment events (including relevant online events) for prospective students, and responding to information requests while providing advice to a diverse group of prospective students, parents, guidance counsellors, teachers, university colleagues and other organizations on admissions, programs and services.
