FIFA27 is the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, working with FIFA HQ in Zurich to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event—the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ (“FWWC2027”).
The Position
Working alongside the FIFA Workforce Management team and reporting to the FIFA27 Sr Manager Recruitment, the Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment of a talented and diverse workforce to plan and deliver the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. The role ensures a successful tournament by attracting top talent and overseeing the implementation and management of a best‑in‑class recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment process of individuals hired under FIFA27, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, obtaining references and background checks, and offer/employment contract distribution.
