Permanent, Full Time
Basic Salary: R14,850 + R1,650 Shift Allowance

As our South Africa team continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to play a vital role in connecting Acacium Group's brands with external clients. You'll be at the heart of clinical staffing operations, helping to mobilise healthcare professionals Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals into roles that truly make a difference.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive mindset will directly impact service excellence and client satisfaction.

Every day you will...

  • Coordinate shift and vacancy placements across NHS and Private Healthcare organisations
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and real-time progress trackers
  • Attend gap meetings and support contract launches
  • Build strong relationships with supply chain partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing
  • 1-2 years experience in bookings or compliance within the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work to targets in a fast-moving environment
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and CRM systems
