CANDIDATE PROFILE: The successful candidate will be a results-oriented manager who can multitask and show initiative in a fast-paced environment, by providing best in class service and results to the HCM, applicants, associates and partners.
SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible to develop, manage and execute all recruiting, onboarding, policies, procedures, budgets and long-range planning for the assigned area. Manage the day-to-day operations, planning and execution of our full cycle recruitment and on boarding process. Responsible for “best in class” recruitment, hiring, processing and employee relations to ensure Canada’s Wonderland remains the employer of choice.
