Job Description
The Pilates Reformer Instructor is responsible for leading safe, dynamic, and motivating Pilates Reformer classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels. You’ll create an exceptional client experience through expert instruction, positive energy, and personalized attention — ensuring every class leaves clients feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to return.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead group and/or private Pilates Reformer sessions in accordance with studio programming and client goals.
+ Provide modifications, progressions, and form corrections to ensure safety and maximize results.
+ Deliver an engaging, positive, and inclusive class experience that reflects the studio’s brand and culture.
+ Educate clients on proper movement, breath, and body alignment.
+ Support client retention by building relationships and fostering community within the studio.
