Spreetail is looking for Refunds Analysts to drive refund performance and profitability across SKU, brand, and channel levels through data-driven insights, forecasting, and process improvements. This role will own refund reporting and reconciliation, develop models and dashboards, lead ad‑hoc analyses, and partner with cross‑functional and finance leaders to build plans that achieve profit targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balances strategic and tactical work, maintains strong attention to detail, and brings experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and building data‑driven solutions using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
